1. General

All contracts entered into with our company are governed by the following conditions. All offers are subject to change without notice. Any deviations or ancillary restraints are only valid when confirmed by us in writing.

2. Shipping

The minimum order value lies with net 70.00 €. We are not liable for any damage incurred to the merchandise while in transit.

3. Conditions of Delivery

We reserve the right to furnish partial shipments if this is in the interest of expediting delivery. These will be prorated in line with our conditions of payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are valid as of Jannuary 2008 and dependent on prevailing economic circumstances are non-binding. All prices are net and subject to applicable VAT per item, unless other quantities are quoted. We are not responsible for any misprints. The pricing in this catalogue supercedes pricing in all other previous catalogs.We deliver(supply) within the European Union only against cash in advance, cash on delivery, DIRECTebanking.com. Please note: exchanges or returns can only be accepted after previous agreement with one of our representatives. Shipping advice number and invoice number are required for processing. The items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unmarked. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange special orders and sterile packaged products. We reserve the right to charge a return fee of minimum € 10 or 10% of the value of the goods returned. In the event of a legitimate complaint your rights remain unaffected.

5. Proprietary Rights

The products supplied remain the property of MEDTIROL until final payment has been received (or check has cleared).

6. Contractual Location

The contractual location is at our company’s headquarters. Orders and shipments are governed by the laws of Austria.

7. Data Protection

By placing an order the purchaser agrees to submit his information for data processing in as far as this is required for order processing and is legally permissible.
